The holidays can be stressful for some people, but something that doesn't have to be stressful is holiday photo sessions. In fact, holiday photo sessions are a lot of fun for everyone, including me! As a photographer, family holiday photo sessions have become one of my favorite photo shoots. Many people schedule a family holiday photo session to use the picture as a holiday card, post to social media, or just have as a keepsake. Holiday photos sessions are most popular at Christmastime, but I get calls at Hanukkah, Easter, Valentine's Day and family reunions.  

Holiday Photo Session Mini Sessions

During the holidays I schedule holiday photo sessions as mini sessions, which are a great way to do family or children's holiday photos. Mini sessions are simply a shortened version of a classic photo shoot done in studio. The sessions are 30 minutes each and I have a set of fun backdrops and lots of holiday-themed props. For Valentine's Day I have love-inspired photo shoots, at Easter I borrow live chicks for adorable pictures, and in the winter I bring a beautiful handmade wooden sleigh. Most of the families that I work with call me year after year and have some amazing family holiday photos that let see just how fast the family grows up!
